MY STORY

For nearly a decade, I’ve been on a journey of empowerment, working closely with organizations and teams as a People Manager, Change Manager, and Organizational Developer.

My path began during my studies in ‘Organizational Studies,’ where I discovered my passion for Organizational Development and People & Culture. I was captivated by the dynamic nature of organizations in a perpetual state of transformation. In addition, I have also pursued European Studies with a focus on Law, Human Resources, and Knowledge Management. This diverse academic background has further enriched my understanding of organizational dynamics and the intricacies of HR and change management.

Born into a Greek heritage, raised in Germany, and a frequent traveler between Norway and Greece, I’ve had the privilege of embracing and understanding diverse cultures. Fluent in both German and English, with knowledge of French, Spanish, Greek, and Norwegian, this linguistic diversity has enriched my ability to connect and collaborate with people from various backgrounds.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with various organizations, particularly in the dynamic product and startup scene. My approach is centered on supporting people, refining processes, and optimizing systems to create sustainable and thriving work environments. I firmly believe that investing in people’s growth and development is the key to cultivating a culture of continuous learning and improvement. This not only enriches the individuals within the organization but also fuels its overall success.

Each new challenge has been a stepping stone in my professional growth, reinforcing my relentless passion for this field. I am convinced that by helping organizations and teams work more effectively and harmoniously, we contribute to creating a better world for everyone.
